Our brand new analysis and testing facility means Evolution Testing & Analytical Services (ETAS) can offer a wide range of services to the construction, automotive, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries suitable for e.g. product research and development, ongoing quality control/assurance and one off investigations or bespoke testing.

• Compressive strength of samples (up to 250kN. From concrete cubes to pharmaceuticals)
• Tensile strength of samples (up to 250kN. From fasteners to seatbelts)
• Shear strength of samples (up to 250kN)
• Bending and deflection of samples (up to 250kN total applied load)
• Bonding strength of samples (up to 250kN)
• Hardness of samples (Vickers or Knoops scales)
• Chemical composition of metallic samples (falling between Titanium (Ti - 22) and Antimony (Sb - 51))
• Chemical composition of soil samples (from Phosphorus (P - 15) and higher)
• Chemical composition of plastic samples (from Chlorine (Cl - 17) and higher)
• RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive) testing and certification
• Torque testing of samples (up to 10Nm)
• Opening strength of containers (up to 10Nm)
• Salt spray tests and certification of samples (up to 9,999 hours)

The machinery in our laboratory can cater to common British, European or International Standards as well as any custom standards your organisation may have. Full test reporting and documentation will also be provided.
